I’ve got the Hi-Viz version of this. It came packed in a dry bag which is also very useful. As I used to take the bike on the train at night on the way home from work, one of the local station masters said I was visible from the other end of the platform, and this is a ten carriage platform. This in itself was a glowing compliment to the manufacture quality. It is also very waterproof as a user would want & will protect the contents of the backpack.

Bought one a couple of weeks ago as I commute and my reflective vest was being covered by my rucksack. This is a nice product; I am very much more visible both in low light, and indeed in bright sunny mornings where there is reflection off surface water. Cars seem to pass me more wide since I’ve been using this. Also the packaging is reusable as a waterproof pocket which is a cool idea, as it clips to the cover. I’d recommend this relatively inexpensive product.
