Would love to review this but none of the skins come in size small! Why?

I never had breathing problems outside while riding my bike back home in the States, and when I moved to work in Korea outside Incheon in April, the smog, yellow dust, and other crap here that keeps me from seeing down the block put a quick stop to all my outside activities, not to mention the pervasive “ex-pat cough.”

I bought a red tartan shell (they do take a bit of time, ordered 11 Dec, received 5 Jan!)  with the Cinqro inserts, Powa valves, and the FB-1 for work (currently building a plant). I was impressed with the fit and performance of the mask, I couldn’t smell the city sewer stench, or the construction site (just a faint odor of the neoprene off-gassing, normal for that material).

Unfortunately, within four hours, the rivet holding the nose piece on snapped. I contacted Respro (thanks Kim and Roger) and they had a replacement to me in about a week. I like it so far, so let’s hope the first was just a minor setback in an otherwise great product.

What Respro filter remove PM2.5, NO2 and SO2?

The Sportsta™ Filter has sub-micron filtration capability (sports). It has excellent adsorption properties when it comes to SO2 and NO2 uptakes. With submicron dust filtering capability and its capability of filtering VOC’s it is the best filter available in our range for dealing with the broad spectrum of pollutants commonly found in major cities across the globe.

The City™ Filter has gas and vapour filtration capability. It particulate filtration but not the same spec as the filter in the Sports filter.  It has excellent adsorption properties when it comes to SO2 and NO2 uptakes. For submicron dust filtering capability it is best to choose either the Techno™ filter or the Sports filter.
